Lámha Suas dedicated to supporting the education of girls and young women in Uganda.
Our mission is to improve the lives of young women in Uganda.
Our aim is to empower young women in Uganda to access educational opportunities….
Lámha Suas was set up in 2010 by Deborah Sheeran, a primary school teacher from Dublin. Deborah had been going out to Uganda for some years and knew that education was the key to helping improve people lives, especially the lives of girls and young women.

They put her in contact with Kakeetos Stephen, who was the District Education Officer of Mubende at that time. He recommended Madudu as the place to base Lámha Suas’ programmes and the rest, as they say, is history….
We have teamed up with RHCF Uganda in the delivery of our programmes.
